アフガニスタン

アメリカ軍が撤退して、瞬く間にタリバンが全土を制圧しました。
タリバン支配から逃れようとするアフガニスタン人の様子をニュースで見る度、胸が痛みます。
特に女性や子供が被害に遭っている様子は、怒りを感じます。
撤退を決めたアメリカの気持ちもわかりますが、いつでも一番苦しめられるのは女性や子供です。

ノーベル平和賞受賞者のマララ・ユスフザイ氏が各国のリーダーに呼びかけています。

アメリカがアフガニスタンに侵攻した2001年当時、大統領だったジョージ・W・ブッシュ氏が声明を発表しました。

After the world watched desperate scenes of thousands trying to flee Kabul as a triumphant Taliban retook Afghanistan’s capital city, former President George W. Bush expressed sympathy to the Afghan people and U.S. forces on the ground.

そしてアフガニスタン人達の救出を訴えています。

“The United States government has the legal authority to cut the red tape for refugees during urgent humanitarian crises. And we have the responsibility and the resources to secure safe passage for them now, without bureaucratic delay,”

またアフガニスタンがテロの温床になる不安もありますね。
アフガニスタン大統領は国外脱出した中で、アフガン政府・アメリカ・テロ組織に翻弄される罪のないアフガニスタンの人達をまずは助けてあげてほしいですね。
